Notice of Tax Collection

Take Notice:  That I, the undersigned Collector of the Village of Weedsport have received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes for the fiscal 2025-2026 year.

Collection of the above taxes will be at the Village Office, 8892 South St., Weedsport NY during regular business hours March 1, 2025 thru April 1, 2025, without penalty.  Taxes may be paid online at:  villageofweedsport.org and click TAX GLANCE.

On April 2, 2025 a 5% penalty will be added.  Each month thereafter, 1% per month will be added to the bill until October 17, 2025.  At that time, all unpaid taxes will be turned over to the Cayuga County Treasurer for collection and enforcement.

Annual Financial Report Available

Please take notice that the Annual Financial Report for the Village of Weedsport’s fiscal year ending
February 28, 2025 has been completed.  The Report is available for public inspection and copying
during regular business hours at the Village of Weedsport municipal office at 8892 South St.,
Weedsport, NY or at the village website:  villageofweedsport.org
