Zoning Board of Appeals

Duties:

The Zoning Board of Appeals hears applications for special permits or variances as referred by the Code Enforcement Officer.   It also hears appeals of alleged errors of the Code Enforcement Officer.   Meetings are as needed and are generally held the third Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m., only if an application has been filed in a timely manner to meet public hearing requirements.Officials:
